889bet Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

889bet (referred to herein as the "Platform", "we", or "889bet") is an online gaming platform operating for users in Bangladesh and other permitted regions. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 889bet and its users.

The Terms and Conditions on this page apply to all 889bet services, games, bonus offers, and promotional activities. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using 889bet.

To create an account and use 889bet's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Use of 889bet by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a resident of a country or region where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• Each individual may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and your own. Submitting false information will result in account termination.
• After account creation, 889bet may request that you submit the necessary documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time.

You are solely responsible for the security of your 889bet account. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone, and always log out at the end of each session.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our customer support immediately. 889bet will not be held responsible for any resulting losses if you fail to report the issue in a timely manner.

• Change your password regularly and avoid using passwords that are easy to guess.
• We recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication on your account.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• Inactive accounts (no login for more than 12 months) will be managed in accordance with our policy.

Deposits on 889bet can be made via mobile banking, electronic wallets, and other approved payment methods. Minimum and maximum limits vary by payment method.

Withdrawal requests typically take between 24 and 72 hours to process. Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Using a third party to make deposits or withdrawals will subject your account to investigation.
• 889bet reserves the right to suspend transactions if any suspicious activity is detected.

889bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer carries its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. By claiming a bonus, you automatically agree to the associated terms and conditions.

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete a specified wagering requirement, which is stated individually for each offer.
• The same individual, IP address, or device may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• If bonus abuse is detected, 889bet reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings from the account.
• 889bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Exclusive bonus benefits are available for VIP members. For more details, visit the VIP Page page.

889bet is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. Any form of fraud, system manipulation, or dishonest conduct is strictly prohibited.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes will result in account termination.
• Deliberately exploiting any system error or bug is not permitted. If you encounter such an issue, please report it to us immediately.
• Using 889bet for money laundering or handling illegal funds is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
• Any abusive behavior or threats directed at our staff will result in account closure.

889bet employs advanced technology to monitor for unusual activity. If suspicious activity is detected, 889bet reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice.

889bet believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all players to game responsibly.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• You can use the cooling-off period feature to take a break from gaming for a set period of time.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, access to your account will be suspended for the specified period.
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, seek professional help immediately.
